A scientific
ecosystem for research, experiments and simulation.
Simulators, modelling tools and a quantum lab for research and experiments. QCOS, our hybrid, hardware-agnostic scientific engine, runs circuits on simulators today, checks whether quantum is a sensible candidate, and seals a record of every run. Partner QPU access, GPU and HPC compute are in development. Nothing paid runs without your approval.
Assistants give you answers. Clouds give you machines.
SynapseX is the research workspace between them — modelling software, simulators and the QCOS engine, ending in one sealed record of what ran.
Six ways into the ecosystem.
Every run ends in sealed evidence.
SynapseX Labs
A research laboratory, not a chat.
Free quantum simulators, numerical sandboxes, Bayesian optimisation and 3D viewers in one workspace, with the SynapseX models driving the experiment loop and every run sealed. A Labs account also signs in to the Desktop app and the CLI.
Quantum Lab
Free simulators first; partner QPUs in development.
Run quantum circuit workloads through QCOS, our hybrid, hardware-agnostic scientific engine: cheapest-probe-first on free simulators, a suitability check before you spend, and a sealed record of what ran. Partner QPU access is in development.
SynapseX Genome
Variant interpretation, with its evidence attached.
A SynapseX Labs workspace for the human genome: the agent assembles and cites the public evidence for a locus, runs the analysis in your workspace, and seals the record. Research use only. The predictive atlas is in development.
API Platform
One API, one wallet, the SynapseX model family.
For companies building on the SynapseX model family: streaming completions, workspace API keys and one prepaid wallet — a separate account from Chat.
Desktop & CLI
The AI coding agent for science.
The SynapseX Console and Code CLI — local code and remote execution on your machine, with QCOS tools available.
QCOS Control Plane
An operating system for quantum processors.
For teams building quantum processors: the qcos-mc/1 instrument boundary, calibration workflows, pulse compilation and QEC advice — sealed evidence on every run.
Type nothing. Click a prompt.
Each one fills the chat composer with a ready-to-run prompt.
Prepare a Bell state, run 1,024 shots on the free simulator, and show me the counts.
Prepare a 4-qubit GHZ state and compare 100 shots vs 10,000 shots of sampling noise.
Build a 5-qubit QFT circuit, run it on the simulator, and walk me through the output.
Run Grover's search on 4 qubits for a marked state and plot the amplified probability.
Run QAOA MaxCut on a 6-node graph with the free simulator and report the best cut found.
Write and run a Python Monte Carlo estimate of pi, then plot how the error shrinks with samples.
Our own model family, one part of the ecosystem — built for science, code and quantum
From question to sealed evidence
in one experiment loop.
Coding agents won by owning a loop — reproduce, isolate, fix, confirm. SynapseX Labs runs the same loop on science, where the instruments are simulators today, and partner QPUs, GPU and HPC compute are in development.
State the anomaly in plain language.
"This material should be stable and isn't." "My circuit gives an answer I did not expect." No job specs required.

built as one stack.
SynapseX Models

Trained on the instruments, not just the literature. They plan probe sequences, call QCOS as a tool, and reason about cost as a first-class variable.

Every credit accounted for: atomic reserve → settle, idempotent debits, an append-only ledger, per-tenant entitlements. 1 credit = $0.01. Even our paywall is honest — it's an HTTP 402.

Our hybrid, hardware-agnostic scientific engine: backends → estimate → jobs → artifacts → sealed evidence. Offered as SDK, CLI, API and an MCP server you run yourself, so any script or agent can call it as a tool.

One engine
under every tool.
QCOS is SoftQuantus's hybrid, hardware-agnostic scientific engine for quantum circuit workloads, offered as an SDK, a CLI, an API and an MCP server you run yourself. Today CPU simulators are live (exact to 24 qubits); partner QPU gateways, GPU and HPC compute are in development. QCOS checks whether quantum is a sensible candidate before you spend, and seals what ran under a SHA-256 Merkle root.
Reproducibility isn't a feature.
It's the output format.
Each execution produces a sealed evidence record: what ran, where, with which seed and parameters, at what cost, returning which distribution. Recompute the hash, re-run the probe, or attach the record to a paper or an audit. The seal shows the record was not altered; it does not say who produced it.
If a result can't carry its evidence, SynapseX doesn't call it a result.
A model is only as useful
as the experiment loop around it.
SynapseX models are products inside the ecosystem, next to the meter, the engine and the evidence. The sealed record carries the run's backend, seed, parameters, raw results and cost. Recording a whole session as one trajectory — problem → diagnosis → probe sequence → cost → sealed outcome — is in development.
General models read papers about experiments. We are training ours to plan them — which cheap probe to run first, what it costs, and when to stop. The aim is that failed probes stay in the record instead of disappearing.
In development: keeping the whole trajectory, failed probes included, inside the sealed record so that what was tried can be reviewed later.
Ten research segments,
labelled by what is live.
Start at zero.
Scale by evidence.
Simulation is free within the Free limits: up to 100 simulation runs a month, one at a time, up to 60 seconds each, on CPU only. Beyond them, or on paid hardware, you pay in credits — estimated first, reserved before it spends, settled for what it used.
